Building Stability. Creating Futures.
At Laurinnovations Loves, we are actively developing a transitional housing program for
mothers and families in need—a program designed not just to provide temporary shelter, but to
create a clear, structured path to long-term independence and homeownership. We are currently
seeking city-owned or underutilized properties that can be transformed into a safe, supportive,
and fully equipped residential community where families can rebuild their lives with dignity and
purpose.
What We’re Creating
This initiative is built around one clear and powerful goal:
To help families move from instability to independence within two years.
Families accepted into the program will:
Live in a safe, private, rent-free environment
Participate in structured programs designed for real, measurable progress
Receive consistent support, guidance, and accountability
Leave fully prepared to transition into their own single-family home
This is not temporary housing—it is a results-driven program focused on long-term success and
self-sufficiency.
A Structured Path to Success
Every resident will be supported through a comprehensive and structured program designed to
create real, lasting change. This includes:
Emotional intelligence and personal development
Financial literacy (budgeting, saving, and credit building)
First-time homebuyer education
Job readiness and life skills training
Access to mental health and support services
Sustainability programs, including opportunities to grow their own food
To ensure a safe, stable, and supportive environment for all families, the program includes clear
accountability measures. Residents are expected to actively participate in all required
programming, maintain community standards, and follow program guidelines. This structured
oversight includes monthly drug testing, helping to create a consistent and
secure environment where every participant has the best opportunity to succeed.
A Safe and Positive Environment for Children
A major focus of this initiative is ensuring that children have a stable, structured, and positive
environment while their families rebuild.
The development will include a dedicated indoor recreational and enrichment space, designed to
provide a safe, supervised, year-round outlet for growth and activity. This space is planned to
include:
Multi-purpose court (basketball, volleyball, and group activities)
Soft-play areas for younger children
Ball pit and movement-based play zones
Space for structured recreation and social development
Each participating family will have access to private living accommodations that promote
dignity, stability, and a true sense of home. Throughout the program, families will be guided
step-by-step toward independence, with the ultimate goal of transitioning into their own single-
family home within two years.
How the Program Works
The program is designed as a two-year pathway to independence, where families:
1. Enter a structured, supportive living environment
2. Participate in required educational and personal development programs
3. Build financial stability, life skills, and personal accountability
4. Prepare for and complete first-time homebuyer education
5. Transition into their own single-family home fully equipped for long-term success
How This Project Is Funded
This initiative is being developed through a phased and responsible funding model, including:
State and federal housing grants
Private donations and corporate sponsorships
Strategic fundraising events and partnerships
Each phase—acquisition, development, and operation—will move forward only when funding is
secured, ensuring sustainability and long-term success without placing unnecessary burden on
the community.
Partnering With Communities
We are actively seeking to partner with municipalities that have:
Vacant or underutilized properties
Interest in long-term housing solutions
A commitment to strengthening families and communities
This initiative provides an opportunity to:
Revitalize unused or underutilized properties
Create long-term solutions to housing instability
Support families in becoming self-sufficient homeowners
Reduce long-term demand on social services
Build stronger, more stable communities
Get Involved
If you are a municipality, organization, or individual interested in supporting or learning more
about this initiative, we would love to connect. This is more than a housing project—it is a
pathway to independence, stability, and lasting change.
